Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Rest In Peaces platformunu ("Platform", "Hizmet") kullanımınızı düzenler. Platforma erişerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz.
18 yaşından küçükseniz, bir ebeveyn veya yasal vasinizin onayı ile platformu kullanabilirsiniz.
Rest In Peaces, aşağıdaki hizmetleri sunan bir dijital anma platformudur:
Platformu tam olarak kullanabilmek için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekmektedir.
Hesabınızda gerçekleşen tüm aktivitelerden siz sorumlusunuz. Şifrenizi kimseyle paylaşmayınız ve güçlü bir şifre kullanınız.
Platform kullanıcısı olarak aşağıdaki yükümlülükleri kabul edersiniz:
Bu kurallara uymayan içerikler uyarı yapılmaksızın kaldırılabilir ve hesabınız askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.
Platforma yüklediğiniz içerikler (fotoğraflar, metinler, videolar) sizin mülkiyetinizde kalır. Ancak bu içerikleri yükleyerek, Rest In Peaces'a hizmetin sunulması için gerekli olan, dünya çapında, telifsiz, alt lisanslanabilir bir kullanım hakkı verirsiniz.
Yüklediğiniz tüm içeriklerden siz sorumlusunuz. Telif hakkı veya gizlilik haklarını ihlal eden içerik yüklememelisiniz.
Platform, belirli premium özellikler için sanal token sistemi kullanmaktadır. Tokenlar:
Tüm satın alımlar nihaidir ve iade edilmez (yasal zorunluluklar hariç). Satın alımlar Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden işlenir ve ilgili mağazanın koşullarına tabidir.
Oluşturduğunuz anma sayfaları ve vefat ilanlarındaki bilgilerin doğru olduğunu taahhüt edersiniz. Sahte veya yanıltıcı ilanlar oluşturmak yasaktır.
Yalnızca vefat etmiş kişiler için anma sayfası oluşturulabilir. Hayatta olan kişiler için sahte vefat ilanı oluşturmak yasaktır ve yasal işlem konusu olabilir.
Vefat eden kişinin ailesi, ilgili anma sayfasının düzenlenmesi veya kaldırılması talebinde bulunabilir.
Aile ağacı oluştururken:
Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi hakkında detaylı bilgi için Gizlilik Politikamızı inceleyiniz.
Rest In Peaces markası, logosu, tasarımı ve yazılımı Rest In Peaces'a aittir ve telif hakkı ile korunmaktadır. İzinsiz kullanım yasaktır.
Platform "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Rest In Peaces:
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı Sil yolunu izleyerek kapatabilirsiniz.
Rest In Peaces, aşağıdaki durumlarda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabilir:
Bu Koşulları herhangi bir zamanda güncelleme hakkımız saklıdır. Önemli değişikliklerde kullanıcılar bilgilendirilecektir. Değişikliklerden sonra platformu kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
By using Rest In Peaces, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rest In Peaces platform ("Platform", "Service"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you are under 18 years old, you may use the platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Rest In Peaces is a digital memorial platform offering the following services:
You must create an account to fully use the Platform.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your password and use a strong password.
As a Platform user, you agree to the following obligations:
Content that violates these rules may be removed without notice and your account may be suspended or terminated.
Content you upload to the Platform (photos, text, videos) remains your property. However, by uploading this content, you grant Rest In Peaces a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it as necessary to provide the service.
You are responsible for all content you upload. You must not upload content that infringes copyright or privacy rights.
The Platform uses a virtual token system for certain premium features. Tokens:
All purchases are final and non-refundable (except where required by law). Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the relevant store's terms.
You warrant that the information in memorial pages and obituaries you create is accurate. Creating fake or misleading obituaries is prohibited.
Memorial pages may only be created for deceased individuals. Creating fake obituaries for living people is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
Family members of the deceased may request editing or removal of related memorial pages.

The Rest In Peaces brand, logo, design, and software belong to Rest In Peaces and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The Platform is provided "as is." Rest In Peaces:
You can close your account at any time by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Rest In Peaces may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
