RIP - Rest In Peaces ("biz", "Platform"), kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğine saygı duyar ve kişisel verilerin korunmasını öncelikli bir yükümlülük olarak kabul eder. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK"), Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü ("GDPR") ve California Tüketici Gizlilik Yasası ("CCPA") ile uyumlu olarak hazırlanmıştır.
Platform, sevdiklerinizin anısını dijital ortamda yaşatmanıza, vefat ilanları oluşturmanıza, aile ağacı oluşturmanıza ve veda mesajları bırakmanıza olanak tanıyan bir dijital anma hizmetidir.

Veda mesajları, ilgili kişi hakkında aile ağacıyla doğrulanmış bir vefat ilanı verildikten 7 gün sonra alıcılarına uygulama içinde ve/veya e-postayla iletilir. Bu süre içinde kişinin kendisine bildirim gönderilir; ilan yanlışsa iletim iptal edilebilir. Mesajlar sunucu tarafında (Cloud Function) işlenir ve uçtan uca şifreleme kullanılmaz; iletimden önce yalnızca yazar (ve teknik destek amacıyla yönetici) erişebilir. Veda mesajları kişisel bir vedalaşma notudur; vasiyetname yerine geçmez ve hukuki sonuç doğurmaz.

Platform, niteliği gereği hassas veriler içerebilir. Vefat bilgileri, cenaze töreni türü (İslami, Hristiyan, Budist, seküler vb.) ve dini/kültürel tercihler, KVKK kapsamında "özel nitelikli kişisel veri" ve GDPR kapsamında "özel kategori veri" olarak değerlendirilebilir.
Bu veriler yalnızca kullanıcının açık rızası ile ve hizmet sunumu amacıyla işlenmektedir. Dini bilgiler zorunlu değildir; kullanıcı kültürel şablon seçimi yaptığında dolaylı olarak sağlanabilir.

Verileriniz hiçbir koşulda reklam şirketlerine satılmaz veya pazarlama amaçlı üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili makamlara bilgi verilebilir.
Cihazınızda çerezler ve tarayıcı depolaması (localStorage, IndexedDB) ile küçük kayıtlar tutulur. Zorunlu kayıtlar hizmetin çalışması için gereklidir ve onaya tabi değildir. Analitik çerezler (Google Analytics) yalnız açık rızanızla çalışır: web sitesine ilk girişte "Kabul et", "Reddet" ve "Tercihler" seçenekleri eşit şekilde sunulur, hiçbir seçenek önceden işaretli değildir. Rıza vermemeniz hiçbir özelliği kısıtlamaz.

Vercel Analytics ve Speed Insights çerez kullanmaz. Sentry hata izleme çerez kullanmaz. Platform reklam çerezi kullanmaz; Google Analytics'te Google sinyalleri ve reklam kişiselleştirme kapalıdır. Mobil uygulamalarda (iOS / Android) Google Analytics kullanılmaz.
Tercihinizi değiştirmek: Uygulamada Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Çerez tercihleri, ya da aşağıdaki düğme. Onayı geri aldığınızda Google Analytics durur ve _ga çerezleri silinir.
Platform, Google Firebase (AB/ABD), Sentry (ABD) ve Vercel (Global CDN) altyapılarını kullanmaktadır. Verileriniz bu kapsamda Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri sunucularında işlenebilir.

Platform, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13-18 yaş arası kullanıcılar ebeveyn/vasi onayı ile platformu kullanabilir. 13 yaşından küçük bireylerin kişisel verilerini bilerek toplamıyoruz. Bu tür bir durumun tespiti halinde ilgili veriler derhal silinir. Ebeveynler privacy@restinpeaces.com adresine başvurabilir.

RIP - Rest In Peaces ("we", "Platform") respects the privacy of our users and considers the protection of personal data as a priority obligation. The Platform is a digital memorial service that allows you to preserve the memory of your loved ones, create obituaries, build family trees, and leave legacy messages.

Due to its nature, the Platform may process sensitive data. Death information, funeral ceremony types (Islamic, Christian, Buddhist, secular, etc.), and religious/cultural preferences may be considered "special category data" under GDPR Article 9. This data is processed only with your explicit consent and solely for service delivery.

Your data is never sold to advertisers or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Small records are kept on your device using cookies and browser storage (localStorage, IndexedDB). Essential records are needed for the service to work and do not require consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only run with your explicit consent: on your first visit to the website, "Accept", "Reject" and "Preferences" are offered equally, and nothing is pre-selected. Refusing consent does not limit any feature.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights do not use cookies. Sentry error tracking does not use cookies. The Platform does not use advertising cookies; Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off in Google Analytics. Google Analytics is not used in the mobile apps (iOS / Android).
Changing your choice: In the app, Settings → Privacy → Cookie preferences, or the button below. When you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops and the _ga cookies are deleted.
The Platform uses Google Firebase (EU/US), Sentry (US), and Vercel (Global CDN). Your data may be processed on servers in the EU and the US, subject to Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Art.46) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
